Sarasota County has enacted a countywide burn ban due to ongoing drought and the Keetch-Byram Drought Index (KBDI) surpassing 500, signaling high wildfire risk.

Sprouts stores nationwide usually hire in a similar range, providing on-the-job training and a clear path from entry-level to supervisory roles.

Wages for front-end roles nationally fall in the mid- to high-teens per hour, with higher pay for experienced staff, along with store discounts and benefits for many roles.
